ONE Day: A Day of Giving Back
Realty ONE Group's "ONE Day" is an annual event held on May 1st, marking the company's anniversary and celebrating a commitment to community service. This day of service is a cornerstone of their dedication to social responsibility, with the entire organization rallying behind the cause.
Organized through the company's 501(c)(3) organization, ONE Cares, "ONE Day" focuses on making a positive impact on both local and global communities. ONE Cares houses various initiatives, each addressing a specific need:
- ONE Tree: Planting trees and promoting environmental sustainability.
- ONE World Program: Supporting international humanitarian efforts.
- ONE Dream: Empowering youth and fostering educational opportunities.
- Waking Up to Safety: Raising awareness about safety and security in communities.
Realty ONE Group encourages all its agents, brokers, broker-owners and staff to participate in "ONE Day" through volunteering. This involvement can take many forms, from participating in local charity events to contributing to global initiatives.
As an example, Realty ONE Group Bold has historically supported organizations like Food Lifeline, Thurston County Rebuilding Together, North Thurston Education Foundation, and City of Lacey Parks during "ONE Day." This year, they will be supporting All Kids Win.
This annual event unites over 20,000 Realty ONE Group agents in a collective effort to make a positive difference. By dedicating a day to giving back, Realty ONE Group demonstrates its commitment to social responsibility and strengthens connections within its communities.
All Kids Win: Empowering Students to Thrive
All Kids Win is a non-profit organization dedicated to combating hunger and housing insecurity among Thurston County students. With a budget exceeding $540,000 for the 2024-2025 school year, they provide weekend food bags to students in middle and high schools in North Thurston, Tumwater, and Olympia, as well as K-12 students in Tenino, Rainier, Yelm, and Rochester.
Their vision is simple: to ensure that hunger never hinders a student's success. They achieve this through their mission: to provide weekend food, actively breaking the cycle of hunger and housing insecurity, one student at a time.
The weekend food bags, costing $10.02 per bag (up from $8.00 in 2020), offer a reliable source of nutrition when students lack access to food outside of school hours.
All Kids Win currently serves 49 schools, distributing nearly 2,000 bags during the summer months to support the Tumwater and Tenino School Districts. In addition, they send 121 bags to WA-HE-LUT Indian School, serving students from kindergarten to eighth grade.
These bags aren't just about food; they're a crucial tool for counselors. They provide an opportunity to establish trust with students and identify additional needs. As students pick up their bags weekly, counselors can learn about their circumstances and connect them to relevant services and resources.
By providing consistent access to food, All Kids Win helps students concentrate on their studies and encourages them to remain in school, as receiving the bags is a requirement. Their efforts are empowering students to thrive in their education and achieve their full potential.

We're hosting a food drive to help support students facing food insecurity in our community. Your donations will be used to create essential weekend food bags, providing students with nutritious meals to keep them energized and ready to learn.

What to Collect:
To ensure our donations are used effectively, we're focusing on collecting the following items:
- Cans of Chili
- Cans of Tuna
- $10 or $20 Grocery Gift Cards from Safeway or Grocery Outlet Bargain Market
These items are carefully chosen to meet specific nutritional and logistical needs for our weekend food bags. Please ensure all donations are unexpired for food safety.
